So after 8 silent months of waiting for Harlequin to accept/reject my manuscript I've decided to nudge them.

I hope this is the right course of action. I mean seriously, the wait is killing my muse!! At this point I jump when my phone rings and all but tackle the post man when he drops off mail.

On a plus note, I've begun to move forward on my book. 7 more chapters ( at the most) until I'm done and ready for serious editing. I think I fixed my sagging middle. We'll see when it's put together.

So, I've been absent from LJ for... months, like I've been absent from everything else! I have been writing a lot, which is good. The muse is alive and well!

I quit my day job and now home with beautiful boys. Yeah, had another baby last August (which tells you how LONG I've been away, lol).

I finished, edited (with lots of help from friends and family) my book Shadows in Twilight and chloe_sarai convinced me to submit to Harlequin Nocturne. Based on my submission sample (Query Letter + 3 chapters), they asked to see the full manuscript. That was back in July and I'm waiting for a response one way or the other. I'm NOT holding my breath! It probably wont be until March until I hear back.

I wrote another full length book, Touch of Frost, which I'm in the process of editing, bleck. But, I'm in love with the story and the characters so I suppose I should just shut up and focus!

That's all I'm up to, what about everyone else??
